Flyer One Ventures is an early-stage venture capital firm which invests in startups from Europe and North America. Our team is based in Portugal, Poland, Ukraine and other European countries. We already invested in over 60 startups and deployed $35M within 4 years. We invest at Pre-Seed, Seed, and Series A stages. Our average check is $500k, but we can go as low as $100k and as high as $2M. We usually do not lead and do not participate in rounds alone. We are industry agnostic, but we only invest in purely software companies and avoid hardware, crypto, gaming, and companies which involve production of physical goods. After we invest in startups, we help them with digital marketing, recruiting, PR, business development, preparation to fundraising and fundraising itself. We also have access to industry experts, which we match with our portfolio companies by request. Our portfolio companies call us the most helpful VC on their captable. Our GP is an ex-entrepreneur who founded a venture builder Genesis with around $1B in annual revenues.

Job description

Currently, we're looking for a Program & Partnership Manager for the startup ecosystem — TRMNL4.

TRMNL4 is a platform that helps startups, investors, and corporations meet and find the most effective ways to collaborate through accelerators, events, and other initiatives. We’ve helped over 200 startups from 25 countries attract $16M in investments and gain free access to top experts from Meta, Snapchat, Amazon, Spotify, and Bolt.

About You

Creative, strategic, cooperative, and analytical thinker with a proactive, hands-on approach.
At least 2+ years of experience coordinating educational or large-scale international projects or events and developing partnerships.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
Advanced English proficiency.
Leadership in professional settings, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and attention to detail.
Preferred background: experience in IT and venture industries, EdTech, or large communication agencies is a plus.

Build strategic partnerships: collaborate with world-leading companies like Meta, Snapchat, PayPaland and C-level managers to develop impactful projects for startups.
Manage end-to-end processes: execute acceleration programs like the StartUp Academy by TRMNL4 and Meta.
Support startup growth: help tech startups achieve rapid growth.
Organize events: execute events in different countries that bring together industry leaders and innovators.
Launch and scale Initiatives: Develop and expand new partnerships and programs.
