Werde wissenschaftliche*r Mitarbeiter*in (m/w/d) im Legal Team bei MOIA und gestalte mit uns die Zukunft der Mobilität!

Das Legal-Team von MOIA ist verantwortlich für die rechtliche Beratung und Unterstützung in verschiedenen Geschäftsbereichen. Wir arbeiten eng mit unterschiedlichen Abteilungen zusammen, um regulatorische Herausforderungen zu bewältigen, Verträge zu entwerfen und zu verhandeln sowie die Einhaltung rechtlicher Vorgaben sicherzustellen. Unsere Mission ist es, MOIAs Wachstum und Innovation zu ermöglichen und gleichzeitig rechtliche Risiken zu minimieren.

Deine Rolle und dein Einfluss bei MOIA
  • Unterstützung des Legal Teams in verschiedenen rechtlichen Angelegenheiten, insbesondere in den Bereichen Vertragsgestaltung und -prüfung, Gesellschaftsrecht und öffentliches Recht.
  • Durchführung von rechtlichen Recherchen zu Themen rund um Mobilität, Technologie und Unternehmensrecht.
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung interner rechtlicher Leitfäden und Vorlagen.
  • Unterstützung bei Verhandlungen und Kommunikation mit externen Stakeholdern.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams, um rechtssichere Geschäftsentscheidungen zu gewährleisten.

Die konkreten Aufgaben und Projekte werden entsprechend deines juristischen Hintergrunds, deiner Interessen und Fähigkeiten festgelegt.

Was du mitbringen solltest  
  • Du hast das Erste Staatsexamen erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder ein vergleichbares Studium, wie Wirtschaftsjurist*in.
  • Starkes Interesse an Gesellschaftsrecht, Vertragsrecht und regulatorischen Fragestellungen im Bereich Mobilität und Technologie.
  • Fähigkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten, mit einer strukturierten und lösungsorientierten Denkweise.
  • Hervorragende Recherche- und Analysefähigkeiten.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Idealerweise bist du für mindestens 8 Monate verfügbar, aber gerne auch länger.

We are diverse group of mostly students, who are curious, motivated and always eager to learn new things. We are a community of approx. 25 people, living in Hamburg and Berlin. We get together once per quarter to discuss different topics like sharing projects from our daily work or just for a coffee chat.
