Job description

TouchBistro is looking for a Territory Partner Account Manager in the Fort Worth/Dallas area to join our dynamic Partnerships team! In this role, you’ll be the bridge between TouchBistro and our valued channel partners, building and nurturing long-term relationships that drive business growth.

As a core member of our Sales team, you'll partner with Account Executives to create winning strategies that maximize referrals and revenue potential. Plus, you'll kickstart your journey with Sales Bootcamp—a comprehensive training program designed to set you up for success from day one! Continuous coaching and development will keep you on the path to growth, with plenty of opportunities to expand your career within the Sales organization.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage & Build Relationships: Establish, nurture, and grow strong referral relationships with partners through regular in-field engagement (site visits, partner ride-alongs, etc.).
  • Lead with Strategy: Act as the ambassador between TouchBistro Sales and our partners, driving co-marketing initiatives and sourcing new leads.
  • Support & Inspire: Provide creative training and support to ensure partners meet referral targets and stay on track.
  • Own Your Territory: Manage multiple accounts with a strategic territory plan that drives results.
  • Collaborate & Elevate: Work hand-in-hand with internal Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure partner success.
  • Get Out There: Travel to trade shows (up to 25%) to represent TouchBistro and build brand presence!

What You Bring:

  • Industry Experience: Some experience in the food distribution industry is required.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: You excel in high-volume, client-facing environments (calls, shows, in-person) and know how to build lasting relationships.
  • Relationship Builder: A natural "people person" who knows how to communicate effectively and develop strong, trust-based partnerships.
  • Organization Master: You live by your calendar, managing multiple partners and tasks with ease.
  • Bonus: If you’ve got BDR or high-volume outreach experience, that's a huge plus!
