THE ROLE

AG1 is seeking a Creative Designer who is passionate about executing bold creative ideas and contributing to creative vision. This role focuses on creating impactful assets that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention across various platforms, primarily fueling our paid social needs across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of design principles and the ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

As a key member of the Creative team, the Creative Designer will work collaboratively across Marketing to deliver assets that intersect health, sport, and culture. Your work will support performance marketing campaigns and customer-facing content, helping us reach our business goals on a global scale. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Create assets across a variety of channels including print materials, emails, paid social, and programmatic display, delivering visually engaging content that drives traffic and revenue
• Collaborate with the fellow designers to execute the creative vision for evergreen testing and performance creative, utilizing type, image, and graphic elements
• Think creatively to expand existing design guidelines for broader applications such as type, motion, product imagery, and logo design
• Develop innovative ideas and solutions for performance marketing, email campaigns, DTC materials, and digital teams, ensuring all assets are high-quality and on-brand
• Work with teams across the organization to ensure alignment on creative quality and deliverables
• Confidently present and communicate creative solutions to team members and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and feedback to refine and improve designs

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of experience in graphic and creative design, preferably in-house at a brand or with a high-level agency
• Proficiency in graphic design principles, typography, grid systems, and visual hierarchy, with a strong portfolio demonstrating ability to work across platforms
• Expertise in design software (Adobe Suite, Keynote, 3D + Motion design) is a plus
• Experience with advertising and creative management tools is a bonus
• Understanding of design systems to create cohesive, holistic design work across a range of mediums
• A passion for experimentation and innovation, with a desire to push boundaries and explore new creative possibilities
• Strong skills in collaboration and communication, with the ability to receive and integrate feedback effectively
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
• A fast-paced, can-do attitude and the ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail

AG1 is dedicated to providing equitable and competitive compensation & benefits packages. For this particular role, the base salary range is $87,500.00 - $111,500.00 and will ultimately be decided at the offer stage, based on an individual candidate’s level of skills and experience aligned with the needs of this role. Base salary is one component of total compensation for this position. We provide a competitive mix of base salary, performance bonus, and stock option allocation for eligible roles.
