Job description

We are looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter with a strong background in sourcing and hiring top talent for engineering, architecture, sales, and client success roles. In this role, you will play a critical part in building high-performing teams by identifying, attracting, and securing the best candidates. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand the unique requirements of each role, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process. This is a fully remote opportunity that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Perform full cycle recruitment process.
Conducting research and utilizing various online tools to source and identify potential candidates.
Collaborating with our recruiters and account managers to understand client needs and provide ongoing support in the recruitment process.
Screening and shortlisting candidates based on their qualifications, skills, and experience.
Conduct thorough candidate screening and assessment, including resume review, phone interviews, and technical evaluations, and reference checks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, handle interview feedback, and manage the overall candidate selection process.
Contact and interview prospective candidates, keeping records of all contact and outcomes.
Liaise with line managers to make sure feedback is given on all CVs and interviews.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree graduate
At least 3+ year of experience in full cycle recruitment
Experience in hiring for Architect, Engineer, Sales, and Client Success roles.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and online tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean searches and other social media platforms.
Must have experience in recruiting for Filipino talent for onshore clients either in the US/AU/UK.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Amenable to work on ad-hoc administrative duties.
Excellent Client management skills
Amenable to work in US time zone (graveyard shift)
