Job description

EnsembleIQ is seeking a temporary Collections Clerk for a 90-day engagement in Canada or the US. This position is fully remote.

Primary Duties:

·       Manage communications with clients on past due invoices, from a schedule to be provided. Send pre-scripted inquiries via email and notate accounts with responses.

·       Take ownership of reducing overdue balances for assigned accounts while maintaining a professional rapport with clients.

·       Escalating service issues to the Collections Supervisor

·       Provide excellent & considerate customer service
