Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Remote (EST Time Zones)
Salary Range: up to 2500 USD

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 05:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and CFO. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities, including travel coordination, scheduling, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Organize and maintain records, files, and important documents.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including email correspondence and follow-ups.
  • Utilize AI tools where applicable to improve workflow efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an executive or administrative support role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Professional demeanor with strong communication skills


Nice-to-Have Skills
:

  • Experience planning travel itineraries and handling last-minute changes.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools to optimize administrative processes.
  • Background in supporting C-level executives.
