As an Integrations Analyst, you will be responsible for being a key member of the team that establishes data review with our partner practices in order to drive population health insights. The Integrations Analyst works alongside our integrations managers and other key stakeholders to manage a high volume of projects related to establishing interfaces with Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Health Information Exchange (HIE) vendors. In this role, you will interact with a variety of customers, including market leads, EHR vendors, and our partner practices to execute projects and refine processes with the ability to scale.
We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the US or from our headquarters office in Bethesda, MD.
Primary Duties:
Execute milestones that are part of integration project’s lifecycle, such as (but not limited to): Creating new project tickets in JIRA, reconcile invoices, and analyze reports.
Execute sub-tasks of projects while receiving supervision from a senior member of the team
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of one year’s experience working in the integration field or as a business analyst
Demonstrate basic competency in HL7 SIU and/or ADT, HIPAA X12 837, and CCDA (understand what they are used for and transmission method)
Demonstrate basic analytical thinking, problem solving, and customer service skills (professional verbal and written communication skills (clear and concise), active listening, patience, positive language usage, handle complaints professionally, empathy).
Demonstrate characteristics of a team player
Demonstrate ability to accept constructive feedback and adapt to a change that lead to positive self-improvements
Associate Degree
Preferred KSA's:
Demonstrate ability in navigating AWS S3 folders
