LOCATION: Apply Digital is hybrid/remote-friendly. The preferred candidate should be based in Mexico City, preferably working in hours that align to CT (Central Timezone).
THE ROLE:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Growth and Sales Specialist to join our team and support our sales efforts in North America. This role plays a critical part in generating new business opportunities, supporting sales initiatives, and contributing to strategic proposals.
This is a remote position based in Mexico and requires fluency in both Spanish and English.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients in Mexico through outbound outreach, emails, social media, and other creative approaches.Lead Generation: Conduct industry research to identify business opportunities, market needs, pain points, and emerging trends.Lead Qualification: Apply Apply Digital’s qualification criteria to assess potential clients and determine the size of opportunities that align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).Sales Engagement Support: Engage with prospects in a consultative manner, understanding their needs and challenges, and positioning Apply Digital as a trusted digital transformation partner.Proposal & Sales Support: Assist in preparing sales proposals, pitch materials, and other supporting documents for business development initiatives.Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders, ensuring a smooth handover of qualified opportunities to the sales team.Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools to track and manage leads, update records, nurture prospects, and provide accurate sales forecasts.Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide valuable insights and contribute to sales strategies.Event Collaboration: Support event planning and follow-up on leads generated from industry events.REQUIREMENTS2-3 years of experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR), sales, or similar role within digital services, consulting, or software technology industries.Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) is a must.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with prospects and clients.Strong prospecting skills, including researching, identifying, and qualifying leads.Results-driven mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to achieve sales goals.Experience with CRM tools, sales automation, and lead generation software.Knowledge of the Mexican market and experience selling into that region.NICE TO HAVES:Experience working with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) software and intent data, ideally with RollWorks.Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
