Greenlight is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Staff Business Systems Architect, to play a pivotal role in developing our Business Systems program. This critical position offers the opportunity to make a significant and lasting impact across different business functions at Greenlight.
As a Staff Business Systems Architect, you will be the SME for the technology stack supporting Billing, Accounts Receivables, Procurement, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Expenses, Travel, Sales, Marketing, and more (NetSuite, Airbase, Maxio, Hubspot, FloQast, Workiva, Snowflake, etc.). You will work with teams across the organization collaborating on complex implementation, automation, and operational initiatives to support the company's hyper-growth.
This role will report to the Sr Director, Security GRC & Trust in the United States.
Your day-to-day:Establish, develop and maintain Business System function at GreenlightUse deep systems expertise (NetSuite, Airbase, Maxio, HubSpot, etc.) to troubleshoot and debug technical & functional issuesDesign, configure, and support solutions that improve billing, procurement, accounts receivable, accounts payable, General Ledger and T&E operations ensuring alignment with business requirementsWork on to improve Month End and Quarter End processes. Help to bring efficiencies to business processes using systemsOptimize business processes and workflows via enhancing integrations of Business systems and automationsManage and maintain business systems (i.e. NetSuite, FloQast, Workiva, Airbase, TravelPerk, HubSpot, Maxio, etc.), ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business goals.Perform daily business systems (i.e. NetSuite, FloQast, Workiva, Airbase, TravelPerk, HubSpot, Maxio, etc.) administration duties, including user and role maintenance, configuration maintenance, and integration maintenanceExecute and support SOX compliance initiatives, including (but not limited to), access review, SOX documentation, business system change management, etc.Document system design/configurations and system processesCollaborate with global IT team members to support business systems Collaborate with Security team to enhance security posture of all business systemsPromote innovation and efficiency by driving system enhancements and leveraging feedback for ongoing improvementWhat you’ll bring to the team:NetSuite Administrator Certification required; SuiteCloud or Application Developer Certification preferredAccounting/Finance background is preferredA minimum of 6 - 9 years of experience as a NetSuite administratorProficiency in SuiteBuilder, SuiteScript, and SuiteTalkExperience with the SuiteCloud Development Framework and version control systems (e.g., GitHub)Experience with NetSuite Fixed Assets Module and OneWorld modulesExperience of integrating Netsuite with other financial and business systems, as well as data platformsExperience administering other financial systems that performs billing, reconciliation, travel management, revenue recognition and CRM functions. Greenlight provides a competitive compensation package with a market-based approach to pay and will vary depending on your location, experience and skill set. The total compensation package for this position will also include a discretionary performance bonus, equity rewards, medical benefits, 401K match, and more. Greenlight conducts continuous compensation evaluations across departments and geographies to ensure we are keeping our pay current and competitive.
The estimated base pay range for this position in (NY, CA, WA): $155,000- 200,000
The estimated base pay range for this position in (CO): $155,000- 185,000
