This position is 100% remote from Mexico, Colombia and other Latin American countries only


             Advancio is seeking a UX Researcher to join our Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) department, a role critical to driving our digital                   transformation initiatives. As a UX Researcher, you will be at the heart of understanding and enhancing the user experience, responsible for             conducting user research, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to inform product design and development.

Your key responsibilities include executing the research vision and strategy, conducting user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and other research methods. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions that address user needs and align with business goals. Working in an open, collaborative, and approachable manner with the product team (designers, developers, and product managers), you will inspire optimal solutions that solve real user problems and challenge the team to discover the smartest, most efficient solutions.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:.

 

·         Conduct user research using various methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights on user needs and behaviors. Analyze and synthesize research findings to inform product design and development.

·         Collaborate closely with Product Managers, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to define research objectives and ensure that research findings are integrated into the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

·         Create and maintain a research plan that aligns with the product development cycle, ensuring timely and relevant insights are available to inform decision-making. Prioritize research activities based on business goals and user needs.

·         Conduct expedited research on existing applications and the ecosystem, providing prioritization of opportunities by identifying their value and effort.

·         Communicate research findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders, product managers, and the Scrum team. Provide actionable recommendations that drive product improvements and innovation.

·         Continuously refine research methods and approaches to ensure the team has a deep understanding of user needs and can estimate and plan work effectively during sprint planning.

·         Work with the Scrum team to ensure that research insights are translated into high-quality product features that meet user needs and business objectives. Provide feedback on design and development work to ensure alignment with research findings.

·         Actively participate in agile events, representing the voice of the user and ensuring that user needs are considered throughout the product development process.

·         Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, engineers, UX designers, testing, dev ops, legal, training, technical writing, marketing, and support personnel, to plan and execute research activities.

·         Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Stakeholders to plan and conduct user acceptance testing and rollout/launch of the release/product.

·         Own communication to Product Managers and stakeholders regarding research progress and the impact of research findings on product development and value delivery.

 

Key Qualifications and Experiences:

·         Bachelor's degree, ideally in IT or a business discipline

·         Proven experience in conducting user research, preferably in a CPG environment. Experience with various research methods, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.

·         Proven experience in Data & Analytics, Marketing, Sales is a plus.

·         Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present research findings clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.

·         Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.

·         Familiarity with UX research tools and software, such as usability testing platforms, survey tools, and data analysis software (figma, Miro, Microsoft 365).

·         Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing user experience issues.

·         Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.

·         Ability to lead through influence, guiding teams to make user-centered design decisions.

·         Keen attention to detail, ensuring that research findings are accurate and comprehensive.

·         A genuine passion for user experience and a commitment to staying current with industry trends and best practices.
