At Cenosco, our Finance team isn’t just about numbers - it’s about driving transformation. As a Business Controller, you’ll be at the heart of our PE-backed SaaS business, providing data-driven insights that shape both tactical and strategic decisions. 

Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll take ownership of project controlling, product profitability analysis, and department cost management. Your expertise will be key in KPI tracking, performance reporting, P&L budgeting, and forecasting, collaborating closely with business leaders to optimize financial performance.

What you'll do
  • Own project controlling processes
  • Conduct profitability analysis and advises on improvements
  • Develop and implement department / company performance improvement projects
  • Oversee department cost control
  • Develop and maintain KPI and performance reporting systems
  • Prepare P&L budget and forecasting
  • Surprise business leaders with in-depth business analysis
  • Develop and maintain data models, forecasting and scenario analysis
What we're looking for
  • Master's degree in Finance
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in business control or similar role
  • SaaS industry experience
  • Experience PE-backed company is plus
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Helicopter view with strong execution and delivery 
  • Ability to improve systems and processes across departments
  • Effective communicator with modern presentation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of project controlling and activity based costing
  • Proficient profitability analysis, financial analysis and business reporting
  • Experience with P&L budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis
  • Experience setting up KPI development and performance tracking
  • Tooling: Experience with Jedox or other forecasting and scenario analysis tooling
    performance Hubspot and Productive is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
