Role Description:

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with a strong background in mobile app design to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces that enhance the overall user experience. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure the design aligns with business and user needs.

Responsibilities:

Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for mobile applications (iOS & Android).
Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing to optimize user experiences.
Develop high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and UI components based on user feedback.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to align UI/UX with business goals.
Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components for consistency.
Implement accessibility and usability best practices to improve user engagement.
Analyze user feedback and data to iterate and improve UI/UX designs.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on mobile app design.
Strong portfolio showcasing mobile app UI/UX design projects.
Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as:

Figma (preferred)
Adobe XD
Sketch
InVision
Photoshop & Illustrator (for graphic assets)

Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
Familiarity with design systems and responsive design principles.
Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience designing for both iOS and Android platforms following Material Design and Human Interface Guidelines.
Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions.
Experience with UX research tools like Hotjar, UserTesting, or Google Analytics.
