The
consultant(s) will be expected to perform the following tasks:
Review
the current event management and audience engagement processes, including
tools, platforms, user journeys and content. Recommend solutions for
improvement.
Review
and suggest improvements for event marketing and branding.
Develop
a report summarizing findings, recommendations, and an implementation plan.
Workshop
or training session(s) for staff as agreed.
