In this role as a US EOS Administrative Assistant (Night Shift), you will support our executive team, ensuring smooth daily operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description
As a US EOS Administrative Assistant, your key duties will include:
Email Management: Responding to emails, filing, and organizing communication efficiently.
Calendar Scheduling: Managing and scheduling calendar appointments, ensuring all meetings and commitments are properly organized.
CRM Updates: Keeping the CRM system up-to-date with the latest information.
Task Assignment: Assigning business development and customer service tasks to relevant team members.
Routine Business Development: Running regular business development and customer service processes.
Problem Anticipation: Identifying and anticipating potential problems and challenges, proactively addressing them before they escalate.
Supporting the Executive: Helping the executive deliver on promises made, protecting their time, and ensuring that priorities are managed efficiently.
Follow-Up: Ensuring that information not received is followed up promptly, maintaining communication and flow.
Requirements
At least2 years of proven experience as an Admin Assistant working with an EOS company.
Experience working for a US Client/Business is required.
Strong organizational and task management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively.
Proficiency in utilizing GoogleSuite, SalesForce CRM, Ninety.io, and EOS.
Excellent follow-up skills, ensuring no task or piece of information is overlooked.
Ability to protect the executive’s time by prioritizing tasks and ensuring efficient use of their schedule.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges as they arise.
Comfortable working with new technologies, including AI tools and platforms.
Ability to be fully present and provide timely support to the executive, prospects, and clients.
Coachability: open to feedback and working closely with the executive to improve processes.
Proven ability to work well in a small team environment.
Experience in an administrative assistant or support role, preferably in a fast-paced or customer service-driven environment.
Prior experience in a night shift or remote administrative position.
