Director of Sales / Senior Account Executive

$125K-$175K + Commission + Equity

What You’ll Do:
  • Sell into Medicare Advantage plans, healthcare providers, and health plans.
  • Lead full-cycle business development, including outreach, sales strategy, and deal execution.
  • Independently drive revenue growth while helping shape and build a high-performing sales team.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and key meetings.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 7+ years of healthcare sales experience—especially with Medicare, Medicaid, or healthcare claims solutions.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing revenue.
  • Strategic thinker who understands healthcare market trends and how to win in a competitive space.
  • Self-starter mentality—comfortable in a fast-moving, high-impact role.
