We are seeking a Technical SEO Associate to take ownership of technical audits, site optimizations, and ongoing SEO maintenance. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical SEO background and experience in managing technical improvements. The associate will work closely with the team to fix technical issues, ensure SEO-friendly site structure, and support content publishing and updates.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough technical SEO audits to identify issues and recommend improvements.
• Implement technical SEO fixes, including resolving issues related to crawl errors, and URL structure.
• Collaborate with the Technical Officer to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into the site architecture and development processes.
• Oversee and update content for SEO, ensuring all published and updated articles are optimized for search engines.
• Monitor site performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, providing actionable insights for optimization.
• Maintain a deep understanding of technical SEO, including the latest trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices by sharing wih the team.
• A deep knowledge of schema markup optimization, ensuring structured data is implemented and maintained effectively.
• Implement link building strategies.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in technical SEO, with a focus on site audits and optimization.
• Strong experience with SEO tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and technical analysis platforms.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
• Ability to work with developers to implement technical SEO solutions.
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical SEO issues.
