Location Details: Colombia, remote.

Remote: This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

The commercial Success team sits in the central Marketing Org and works with different parts of the Marketing Org (Site, Media, Customer, Brand, etc.) on planning, budgeting and strategy, performance monitoring, and analysis to help teams reach their goals. You will get exposure to several parts of Marketing such as Media, Website, Customer Marketing, Brand etc. The team works very closely with different parts of the business such as BUs, Analytics, Finance, Products, etc.

What you'll get to do...

  • Drive and optimize marketing spend reporting and budgeting for Media teams.
  • Build more insightful tools and automate processes (budgeting, pacing and performance measurement) to drive quicker decisions.
  • Partner with Media teams to optimize budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Provide regular performance updates to Media and BU leads.
  • Monitor and drive spend pacing to have channels and media hit their pacing goals.
  • Partner with Media, Channels, and BU teams to plan, size, and prioritize initiatives to drive ROI.
  • Constantly analyze the Website and Media Platform data in order to detect opportunities across channels and regions to drive revenue and spend optimizations. 
  • Partner with channels on platform performance and find opportunities to improve the top line.
  • Partner with business analytics to dive deep into media metrics showing anomalies.
  • Document and track web/marketing performance anomalies and communicate to the appropriate business leaders. 
  • Track Media experiments and the subsequent impact on the business units.
  • Communicate the progress of Marketing commitments to the appropriate stakeholders.

You might also have...

  • Project and time management skills and the ability to run multiple projects at once.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, marketing, computer science, or related experience. 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a highly matrixed organization.
