Job description

We are seeking an entrepreneurial sales professional based in London to continue to grow and expand our flag ship products in the CMBS and CLO market in EMEA. This role is responsible for maximizing revenue growth for our CMBS/CLO business and aggressively prospecting for new business. We need a sales hunter who wants to make a big impact to our business and help continue to pave the path for success of our CMBS/CLO product line.

 

A day in the life of a VP, Structured Finance Sales will include the following:

  • Manage a complex full cycle of sales activities including cold calling, presentations, contract negotiations, and pipeline management
  • Entrepreneurial thinking to prospect new business opportunities and help to grow the product line.
  • Engage in business planning to manage and increase revenue opportunities within our market
  • Lead qualification for all leads and sales opportunities
  • Manage a sales pipeline, produce monthly forecasts and track all activity within our CRM
  • Meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Ability to successfully partner with Product, Client Services, Marketing and other internal departments to close transactions and meet client needs
  • Participate in ongoing product and sales training

 

This position might be for you if:

    • You have 5+ years of B2B and technology-based sales experience in the financial information services/data/credit space.
    • You have proven consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement
    • You display a track record of overachieving quota
    • You have an ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
    • You have strong time management skills
    • You have excellent communication skills
    • You have a bachelor’s degree

Workplace Policy:

NYC, Dallas, and London office-based positions: Trepp’s offices follow a 3-2 hybrid-working policy with the expectation of in-office work on Tuesday-Thursday and the option to work from home on Monday and Friday.
