Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated, certified Service Delivery Manager fluent in English. This is a remote tele-work position, allowing you to work from anywhere while being part of a dynamic and friendly project team. Freelancer and/or part-time employment is acceptable.

What You'll Do:

Supervise and manage Information Systems (IS) operations, ensuring service continuity and swift resolution of outages;
Drive the service delivery process, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and reliable IT services;
Lead and coordinate the service delivery team, optimising performance and collaboration;
Address and manage customer feedback, ensuring satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications:

University degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field;
At least 8 years of experience in IT, including at least 4 years hands-on experience in service delivery management;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
Valid ITIL Specialist certification.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in a relevant field;
Strong knowledge of service management principles, methodologies, and best practices (e.g. ITIL);
Experience with team collaboration and IT service management tools, such as ServiceNow, Atlassian Suite, Microsoft 365;
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities to navigate service challenges effectively;
ITIL Managing Professional (or ITIL Expert) certification.
