Job description

UtilitiesOne is looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to enhance our business processes, improve user experience, and drive data-driven decision-making.

Your expertise will play a crucial part in ensuring the effective use of Salesforce across departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement solutions, and provide ongoing support and training to users, enabling them to leverage the full potential of the Salesforce system.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and customize Salesforce instances to meet the business needs and goals;
  • Configure and maintain user accounts, profiles, and permissions;
  • Implement and manage workflows, process automation, and validation rules to streamline processes;
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance and customer data;
  • Provide ongoing training and support to users, ensuring they can effectively use Salesforce tools;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for new features and enhancements;
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and recommend improvements;
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity;
  • Assist in data migrations and management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data governance policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field;
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices;
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud;
  • Experience with managing user accounts, roles, and permissions;
  • Proficiency in building reports, dashboards, and process automation within Salesforce;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users;
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
  • Experience with data management tools and data migration processes;
  • Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components is a plus.

Working schedule: 15:00-23:00
