Lucio is hiring a Fullstack Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience in MERN stack to build and enhance our AI-driven legal tech solutions. You will work on scalable web applications, backend services, and seamless frontend-backend integrations.

Requirements

2 to 5 years of experience in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
Strong experience in building scalable web applications.
Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
Experience in developing RESTful APIs and working with WebSockets.
Strong database management skills (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL).
Understanding of state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
Experience in writing clean, modular, and maintainable code.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Develop, optimize, and maintain fullstack applications using MERN.
Build responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React.js.
Design and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services in Node.js and Express.js.
Optimize database performance and ensure efficient data handling.
Implement best practices for security, performance, and code quality.
Collaborate with designers and product teams to create seamless user experiences.

Job Details

Location: Fully Remote (Optional Bangalore meetups).
Salary: 15 to 25 LPA + ESOPs.
