POSITION OVERVIEW
dormakaba is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our hospitality team. The Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the coordination of all projects by optimal planning and organization for our access management systems & electronic hotel locks.
*****This is a remote role preferably on the West Coast or in the Las Vegas area*****
HIRING SALARY RANGE: Hourly Salary $25 - $29 an hour (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Maintain ownership of project success from start to end, and ensure satisfactory closure for all projects assigned
- Adhere to Project Coordination process, and ensure proper documentation of project docs, issue codes, associated error cost on Monday.com, MS Axapta, other
- Manage projects from initial customer onboarding including confirming dates, collecting payments, etc.
- Maintain the lines of communication to clients during ongoing projects including timelines and milestone as well as address issues as needed
- Administer the customer and installer’s invoice and its reconciliation and collection
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management or related field
- 4+ years of experience in customer service including 2 years in project management / coordination
- 10% or less traveling required
WHAT WE PREFER
- New Construction market experience, following contract requirements, labor and schedules
- Previous leadership / management experience
- Experience in collection
- Microsoft Dynamic, SAP and Monday.com
