Support the recruitment process, which is a core part of your business
Adapt to and learn Sunhouse Babysitting’s specific systems and processes
Contribute to improving operational efficiency and business growth
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day client communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses
Assist in the recruitment process for babysitters, including screening potential candidates
Coordinate and schedule client appointments and babysitter interviews
Maintain and update client and babysitter databases
Draft professional emails and other written communications
Support operational tasks to ensure smooth business functioning
Requirements
Proven experience in a business setting, preferably in a client-facing role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in using various communication tools and willingness to learn new systems
Experience in recruitment or interviewing is a plus
