About Us

Isometric is a carbon removal registry. We issue the world’s most scientifically rigorous carbon credits to help Fortune 100 companies tackle climate change and prevent greenwashing.

We're growing quickly, but we’re intentional about hiring people who contribute to our unique culture. Our team is smart, meticulous and courageous—but warm, kind and supportive too.

We’re led by Eamon Jubbawy, an experienced CEO who previously co-founded Onfido, the world’s leading AI-powered identity verification platform. He scaled the company to $100m+ in revenue—verifying over half a billion identities and catching 23 million fraudsters—before selling the company for $650m. Eamon started Isometric in 2022 to bring the same level of rigorous fraud prevention, confidence and trust to the carbon removal industry.

The wider Isometric team includes scientists from Oxford, Cambridge, Harvard, MIT, Yale and Stanford—and technologists from companies like Amazon, Shopify, Meta, Google, Wise and Palantir.

We’re backed by world-class investors with real-world experience in climate change and company building: Lowercarbon Capital and Plural.

Join us if you're ready to take on a career-defining role. Working here will be unlike any job you've had before!

You will...
  • Be Isometric's first operational hire in the US and the glue that holds our New York office together.

  • Own and deliver a diverse range of projects on behalf of the CEO's Office, working closely with Isometric's Chief of Staff.

  • Help to execute a successful Isometric-hosted events calendar, enabling our growth team to close deals and partnerships.

  • Ensure a productive work environment for the team and a professional space to welcome customers, partners and candidates.

You have...
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and excellent time management.

  • Proactive ownership, readiness to voice opinions and a willingness to get stuck into whatever is required to move the company forward.

  • Tech-savviness with a preference for using the best tools.

  • A knack for bringing people together and making our team and external stakeholders alike feel comfortable.

  • The right to work in the US.

This role might not be for you if...
  • You’re looking for a fully remote role at the moment. We're looking for someone to be in the office 4-5 days per week.

  • You enjoy structure and only staying within your area of expertise. We’re a small team early on the journey and things change quickly as we learn more.

  • You prefer a slower pace. While the problem we’re facing has a long time horizon, it’s also critical that we make meaningful progress on it today, not next quarter or year.
