Job description

As a Marketing Virtual Specialist, you will take full ownership of the marketing initiatives, ensuring brand growth, customer engagement, and increased sales.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to grow brand awareness and drive sales.
• Identify trends and opportunities to enhance engagement and customer conversion.
• Continuously optimise strategies based on data and performance analytics.

2. Social Media & Content Creation
• Manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging content (graphics, captions, reels, videos) that aligns with the brand identity.
• Develop and manage a content calendar using PlannThat to ensure consistent posting and engagement.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

3. Website & SEO Management
• Optimise product listings, descriptions, and images for SEO and conversions.
• Keep the website updated to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Implement strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.

4. Email Marketing & Lead Generation
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, follow-ups).
• Segment audiences and personalise outreach for better engagement and conversions.
• Implement lead generation strategies to nurture and convert potential customers.

5. Advertising & Paid Campaigns
• Set up and manage Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Pinterest Ads.
• Track campaign performance, adjust budgets, and optimise for maximum ROI.
• Test and refine ad creatives for better engagement and conversion rates.

6. Showroom Marketing & Printed Materials
• Create digital and physical marketing materials for the showroom (brochures, flyers, price lists).
• Develop in-store promotions to drive foot traffic and increase showroom visits.
• Design branding materials (bags, T-shirts, packaging, etc.).

7. Branding, Influencer Marketing & Partnerships
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
• Identify and engage influencers and brand partners for collaborations.
• Manage PR opportunities and build relationships with industry professionals.

8. Analytics & Performance Tracking
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate weekly/monthly reports.
• Analyse data and adjust strategies to improve results.
• Provide recommendations based on marketing insights and trends.
