Requirements

The role:

We are looking for a talented Jira Administrator to join our team at Kaltura. As the Jira Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our Atlassian suite including: Jira, Confluence, Tempo, eazyBI and more, ensuring they are optimized to meet the needs of our users and teams. This is a key role that supports multiple departments and helps improve efficiency and collaboration across the company.


The day-to-day  

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Jira, Confluence & Tempo related tickets and requests.
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Jira projects, workflows, permissions, schemes and Automations.
  • Administer Confluence spaces, templates, and permissions to enhance knowledge-sharing and collaboration.
  • Manage and configure Tempo for time tracking and reporting, ensuring proper integration with Jira.
  • Monitor system performance, ensure data integrity, and implement regular updates and backups.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions to streamline workflows.
  • Stay up-to-date with new features, best practices, and updates


Ideally, we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Jira Administrator, including advanced Jira configuration, troubleshooting and automation.
  • Proficiency in managing permissions, automations, workflows, and custom fields in Jira.
  • Strong knowledge of Confluence administration and structure.
  • Familiarity with Tempo and eazyBI, including configuration and report generation.


These would also be nice: 

  • Experience with scripting (e.g., Groovy or JavaScript) for Jira automation.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier).
