SUMMARY: The Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for a 4 month, temporary contract role. This individual will be responsible for and screening applicants to fill existing and future job openings and promoting career opportunities within the organization.

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for assigned client group(s)
Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs
Source candidates and create pipelines using innovative and available resources
Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in organizations
Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
Screen and refer applicants to hiring personnel in the organization, making hiring recommendations
Review and evaluate applicant qualifications or eligibility for specified licensing, according to established guidelines and designated licensing codes
Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills
Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, Web-based recruiting resources, cold calls, media, recruiting firms, and employee referrals
Consult with managers on all offers of employment
Negotiate offers with candidates and prepares formal offer
Collaborate with people experience team to schedule interviews and provide travel arrangements
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.

Compensation & Benefits: Stride, Inc. considers a person’s education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee’s salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position’s level and expected contribution, and the employee’s benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.
We anticipate the hourly range to be $27.28 - $43.62. This is a temporary/contractor role, and you will be an employee of Randstad. The upper end of this range is not likely to be offered, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.
