We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter (Contractor) to help us scale our team with world-class talent. This is more than just filling roles—you’ll be a strategic hiring partner, working closely with our engineering, product, and leadership teams to attract top-tier technical talent. What you’ll be doing
Own the end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing and engaging top talent to closing offers.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and craft hiring strategies that bring in the best talent.
Build relationships with passive and active candidates, keeping our talent pipeline strong for both current and future roles.
Enhance our hiring processes to be efficient, candidate-friendly, and scalable as we grow.
Champion an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring that every interaction with Sardine reflects our values and mission.
What you’ll need
4+ years of experience in technical recruiting and sourcing within high-growth environments.
Deep understanding of technical roles, skills, and hiring best practices, ideally within fintech, AI, or security domains.
Proven experience sourcing and engaging passive talent using creative strategies.
Ability to use data to drive hiring decisions and improve processes.
Experience with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Notion is a plus!
The contract rate for this fully remote position in the US or Canada is up to $10,000/Month for 40 hours a week. This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension depending on business needs.
