Technical Recruiter - Contract

We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter (Contractor) to help us scale our team with world-class talent. This is more than just filling roles—you’ll be a strategic hiring partner, working closely with our engineering, product, and leadership teams to attract top-tier technical talent. What you’ll be doing

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing and engaging top talent to closing offers.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and craft hiring strategies that bring in the best talent.

• Build relationships with passive and active candidates, keeping our talent pipeline strong for both current and future roles.

• Enhance our hiring processes to be efficient, candidate-friendly, and scalable as we grow.

• Champion an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring that every interaction with Sardine reflects our values and mission.

What you’ll need

• 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting and sourcing within high-growth environments.

• Deep understanding of technical roles, skills, and hiring best practices, ideally within fintech, AI, or security domains.

• Proven experience sourcing and engaging passive talent using creative strategies.

• Ability to use data to drive hiring decisions and improve processes.

• Experience with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Notion is a plus!

The contract rate for this fully remote position in the US or Canada is up to $10,000/Month for 40 hours a week. This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension depending on business needs.
