Job description

Our Mission is Empowering Companies to Attract Top Talent

At Recruitics, we are a leader in Recruitment Marketing, dedicated to transforming talent attraction and conversion through innovative, data-driven strategies and Saas solutions. Our mission is to empower employers with cutting-edge Recruitment Marketing tools that optimize hiring strategies and improve outcomes. As pioneers in the recruitment technology space, we leverage modern technology to revolutionize job advertising, continually pushing the boundaries of design, data, and user experience to deliver exceptional value to our clients.

Location: Remote or Hybrid in New York, Atlanta or Chicago

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Product Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for gaining insights into the performance of our large-scale job marketplace, identifying key trends, and ensuring the balance between supply (jobs) and demand (candidates). Your insights will directly influence how we optimize marketplace performance, enhance our clients’ experience, and measure the impact of our technology investments.

This is an ideal role for a data expert with deep Looker and Mixpanel experience who is passionate about using data to drive marketplace optimization and user engagement. It’s also a great opportunity for someone interested in transitioning into product management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Looker dashboards that provide visibility into the performance of the job marketplace, ensuring accurate reporting of key metrics such as supply-demand balance and conversion rates.
  • Leverage Mixpanel to analyze user behavior, creating and managing dashboards that track user engagement, product usage, and customer journeys.
  • Provide data-driven insights to product managers, marketing, and engineering teams, enabling them to make informed decisions to optimize both the job marketplace and the user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key trends and opportunities for improving marketplace dynamics and user engagement, ensuring the balance between job supply and candidate demand.
  • Monitor the impact of technology investments, using both Looker and Mixpanel to evaluate and report on their effectiveness, helping prioritize initiatives that drive marketplace and user growth.
  • Support product experimentation by providing reports and insights on A/B testing, measuring the impact of changes on user behavior and marketplace performance.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by working with engineering and BI teams to maintain the quality of data pipelines feeding both Looker and Mixpanel.
Minimum Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, with strong proficiency in Looker, Mixpanel and SQL.
  3. Advanced Looker skills, including dashboard creation, LookML management, and the ability to derive actionable insights.
  4. Experience with Mixpanel or other user analytics platforms, with a focus on tracking and analyzing user behavior and product engagement.
  5. Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets.
  6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for stakeholders across the organization.
  7. Experience with A/B testing and product experimentation methodologies.
  8. Interest in transitioning into product management and growing your career within a product-focused organization.
