Description**

We are looking for a Product Analyst to contribute to the evolution of Tabby. The Product Analyst will work in our Customer Happiness team and help us with performance analysis, post-purchase experience features development, and self-management tools for customers. You'll work with a cross-functional team, in a tight collaboration with Analysts, Customer Experience, and Product teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical support to the product and business teams across all facets of their work, including evaluation of new product features in terms of revenue and cost
  • Generate hypotheses, conduct research and A/B tests, and present your findings clearly and compellingly that highlight the importance of your insights.
  • Support and monitor existing Customer Happiness metrics, identify areas for improvement and develop new metrics that inform decision-making across the organization.
  • Develop data visualizations and reports that are informative and easily understood by business and product teams.
  • Assist in the planning of necessary data structures.

Examples of questions that we expect you to answer:

  • If we want to allow the customer to move the date of his payment, how much should it cost and how should it work?
  • What should be the principles for selecting default payment methods for the customers?
  • If we want to add extra verification for our customers, what is the most efficient way to do it?

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a data/product analyst.
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Tableau.
  • Experience in planning data structures for new products and features.
  • Experience in designing and conducting A/B tests.
  • Knowledge of Python (Pandas, Numpy, Statsmodels, Matplotlib, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong quantitative skills and a structured approach to problem-solving. Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
  • Advanced English level
