THE ROLE

We are looking for a self-motivated, highly organized and collaborative Program Manager, Brand & Commercial Partnerships to join the expanding commercial and brand relationships team at AG1.  This role will support the growth and trajectory of the AG1 brand through the development and management of strategic partnerships. This role will help to identify new partnership opportunities that align with AG1 goals and objectives, negotiate partnership terms & agreements, and will foster strong relationships with partners to enable sales growth.

Reporting to the Director, Brand & Commercial Partnerships, the ideal candidate is experienced in identifying, securing and cultivating strong brand & commercial partnerships that have translated into high customer engagement and sales growth.  We are seeking someone who has exceptional communication and collaborative skills, strong customer centricity,  strong operational and creative thinking, and a strategic mindset to achieve business goals.  

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Drive key business development activities, actively managing the planning of key partnership programs, and coordinating cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution.
  • Identify, prioritize, and organize a pipeline of brand-aligned partnerships to support AG1’s strategic objectives.
  • Support the vetting of potential collaborations and assess the feasibility and resource requirements for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support in the creation and delivery of effective partnership proposals, proposing terms that are mutually beneficial for AG1 and our partners.
  • Craft briefs, including partnership summaries, business cases, and creative briefs.
  • Actively end-to-end manage and oversee partnership programs, acting as partner point of contract and project manager for the team.
  • Own tactical planning and ensure all aspects are coordinated and delivered at a high standard.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage partners to ensure alignment with our brand and business goals.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with partner organizations; ensure ongoing successful execution of partnership agreement and enforce adherence to terms as required.
  • Track outreach funnel efficiency and report on program growth and efficiency at a partner-by-partner level.
  • Analyze partner performance and recommend strategies that drive customer engagement and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop co-branded marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Track the performance of partnership activities, ensuring they contribute to both direct sales and brand growth.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 5-years of experience running marketing campaigns with a proven track record of successfully planning and executing large and small programs.  
  • Ability to collaboratively and cross-functionally organize work to deliver on partnership value.
  • Somebody capable of bringing in the right subject matter experts and stakeholders to execute programs across both digital and experiential channels
  • Capable of executing marketing campaigns across all channels, including digital, experiential, B2B, B2C, retail, and sports & entertainment.
  • Excellent internal and external communication to keep all parties on plan and well-informed of updates.
  • Meticulous record-keeping skills in Salesforce, Google Docs, and Slack to build our commercial partnership network.
  • Highly motivated and able to recognize opportunities that are brand-aligned and will deliver on business objectives.
  • Able to perform basic partnership valuation calculations and understand the financial metrics that impact strategic partnershipsKeen ability to stay on top of key interests and new trends that may appeal to our customer segments.
  • Able to balance both boundless creativity and pragmatic tactical skills.
  • A desire to follow broader cultural conversation across social media around key topics: health and wellness, sports, etc.

AG1 is dedicated to providing equitable and competitive compensation & benefits packages. For this particular role, the base salary range is $90,000 - $110,000 and will ultimately be decided at the offer stage, based on an individual candidate’s level of skills and experience aligned with the needs of this role. Base salary is one component of total compensation for this position. We provide a competitive mix of base salary, performance bonus, and stock option allocation for eligible roles.
