The Event & Registration Coordinator serves as a shared resource for the Events Department, supporting both general event coordination and event registration. This role ensures a seamless registration process while assisting with key event logistics, providing a high level of service to attendees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Registration Coordination
  • Assist in the development and implementation of a recruitment strategy to attract qualified attendees, utilizing alumni networks, forums, and social media platforms.

  • Conduct initial screenings and assessments of registrants to ensure alignment with event goals and requirements.

  • Manage the registration process, including approvals, denials, and clear communication regarding status.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for registration inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.

  • Provide virtual support to address registration-related issues and enhance attendee experience.

  • Act as the liaison for assigned events, responding to general event inquiries and assisting with attendee needs.

Event Coordination
  • Assist in the planning and execution of event logistics in collaboration with show directors, ensuring seamless operations.

  • Oversee key event elements, including venue coordination, food & beverage, travel and accommodations, décor, rentals, audiovisual needs, delegate materials, and signage.

  • Manage assigned projects and responsibilities critical to the success of the event department.

  • Ensure timely execution of event deliverables while balancing multiple priorities.
