About the Position
CertiK is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our team. The Staff Accountant is responsible for assisting in the accurate and timely preparation of financial records, reports, and analysis. This position plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of the organization's accounting processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly bank reconciliationsReview inter-company accounts to ensure both sides are booked property/reconciledAnalyzes and maintains General Ledger accountsPrepare and post the corporate recurring journal entriesPrepare monthly accrualsInitiate and post corporate wires and account transfersPrepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with accounting standardsAssist/prepare year-end audit activityPrepare ad hoc reports as requestedOther duties as assignedRequirementsB.S. in Accounting 2+ years of accounting experience, public and private experience preferredProficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPointExcellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsStrong organization, time management and ability to meet deadlinesExcellent attention to detail, problem-solving and analytical skillsTeam player, strong interpersonal skills, and self-motivated to learn and take on new challengeAbility to work in fast-paced environment with changing prioritiesExperience with NetSuite is a plusAbility to work in a remote environment with a diverse teamTarget annual salary for this role performed is $60,000 - $75,000. The exact compensation at which this job is filled will be determined by the skills and experience of qualified candidates.
