Culture and Engagement Specialist- Remote

The Culture and Engaged Learning Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating programs that promote cultural awareness, cultural competency, and enhancing the employee experience within the organization. This role focuses on the design, facilitation and organization of culturally responsive learning experiences, training, and workshops aimed at fostering an inclusive environment. The Specialist collaborates with internal stakeholders, including Human Resources and leadership, to integrate best practices across the organization. This position also engages with community organizations to bring a wide array of perspectives and learning opportunities to the workplace. Additionally, the Specialist supports employee engagement initiatives, conducts program evaluations, and provides guidance on best practices for employee engagement and cultural competency. Ultimately, this role helps cultivate a work culture where all individuals feel valued, respected, and equipped for success.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in education or relevant field, Two years of experience in training and development and Experience in use of Learning Management Systems
