In this role, you will:
In this role, you'll balance business and employee needs, modeling leadership and an openness to change, while helping leaders understand the impact of changes on employees and National objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees providing guidance and support on issues, imperatives, and priorities as it relates to HR strategy, including talent management, talent development, employee relations, performance management, and total rewards.
Monitor and provide advisement on levels of employee engagement across the OGs you support.
Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and align HR strategies and initiatives that support the achievement of those objectives.
Provide coaching and support to leadership in areas such as employee engagement, employee development, performance improvement, and team effectiveness.
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to obtain guidance on business decisions such as compensation, performance evaluations, talent development, and promotional readiness.
Collaborate with National, Local OG’s, IV’s and SO’s to ensure specialized expertise is provided for targeted problems.
Support change management initiatives within the organization, including organizational restructuring, process improvements, and cultural transformations.
Collaborate and foster relationships to streamline processes, minimize complexity, break down silos, and build bridges across all OGs and National operations groups.
Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and provide insights to leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Stay updated on HR best practices, industry trends, and changes within employment legislature to ensure State and Federal compliance.
Other strategic initiatives as needed.
Who you are:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional HR role, including at least 1 year in an HRBP capacity, is required.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
Preferred experience in the professional services industry.
Preferred background in partnering with a technical operating group.
HR certification is a plus (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP).
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand business operations and align HR strategies accordingly.
In-depth knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
An ability to generate business insights from data to formulate, drive HR solutions that achieve organizational objectives, and improve business performance.
An ability to build long-term, trusting relationships with leadership and with HR team members through strong communication skills.
Supports the professional growth and development of employees across all levels of the organization.
Strong sense of agility to respond to a change in the environment and/or needs of their internal clients (OGs).
