Role: Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM Functional Consultant (Remote, USC Only)

Location: Remote

Duration: Full Time / Long Term Contract(W2 Only)

JOur client has initiated a migration project from Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud PPM and is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM Functional Consultant to lead the transition. This role is primarily focused on Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules, with additional involvement in P2P and Core Financials. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience leading Project Costing, Billing, Project Management, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) modules within Oracle Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end migration of Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud PPM, ensuring smooth implementation and system optimization.Conduct workshops with business users and stakeholders, gathering requirements and performing fit-gap analysis.Own and manage PPM modules, ensuring configuration aligns with business needs.Mentor technical teams, providing functional guidance for integration and data conversion activities.Lead and oversee integration efforts between PPM, AP, AR, and Core Financials.Prepare and execute data conversion strategies to ensure seamless data migration.Drive CRP, UAT, SIT, and production cutover planning, ensuring a successful go-live.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards.Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience as an Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM Functional Consultant. Strong expertise in Project Costing, Project Billing, and Project Management modules. Hands-on experience in AP, AR, and P2P modules within Oracle Cloud Financials. Proven ability to lead data conversions, integrations, and testing phases (CRP, UAT, SIT, cutover planning). Strong understanding of business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and requirement documentation.

Experience mentoring and guiding technical teams in integration development and data migration strategies. Must be a U.S. Citizen (No visa sponsorship available).

Preferred

Qualifications:

Prior experience in Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud PPM migrations.

Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Security, Roles, and Workflow Approvals. Experience working with third-party tools that integrate with Oracle Cloud ERP.
