The Opportunity
- Promotes integration, communication, and alignment with other departments, that interface with systems for start-up processes, quality, and finance. Designs and co-designs (at times, develops and/or implements) scalable processes and solutions that improve quality, data, and finances with systems.
- Drives collaboration within and outside of Operations Division on data quality and projects. Identifies and escalates issues opportunities to improve data, quality, and processes.
- Engages in discussion, discovery, and research within the division to best understand and represent needs on the behalf of Physician Leadership, Operations Division Leadership, and Practice Line and Program Leads in interdepartmental project. Works to clarify business needs and collaborates with technical teams to translate into technical requirements.
- Builds subject matter expertise required to support systems to best understand needs for quality, finance, and data.
- Provides leadership in assessing common or overlapping needs and identifies opportunities for consolidation or optimization in delivery.
- Advises colleagues and leadership in navigating and utilizing Vituity resources to implement products and services as needed.
- Provides leadership, planning, implementation and management of performance and quality improvement programs that help assess and improve operational performance, contract stability, patient satisfaction, financial viability, and knowledge dissemination for the practice line.
- Collaborates with leadership on project objectives and deliverables.
- Manages the execution of deliverables to ensure a timely and effective implementation.
- Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution.
- Utilizes formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes.
- Prepares and presents project progress to leadership, clients, or others.
- Creates reports, dashboards, and tools used by physician leaders and business partners.
- Creates and maintains library of reports and dashboards to supplement the suite of products provided by the Data/IT team.
- Organizes and facilitates cross functional pre and post go live meetings.
- Supports incentive structures related to finance, and quality.
- Provides primary support for meetings, organization during meetings, and development of presentations delivered in meetings.
Required Experience And Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in a Healthcare related field required.
- Minimum 3-5 years consulting, reporting and analytics and/or analytic product or project management experience, preferably working in provider-side health care industry i.e., brokers and consultants, employers, health plans, physician groups or third-party administrators required.
- Certification in Project Management or equivalent experience preferred.
- Master's or other advanced degree preferred.
- Experience and familiarity with databases, dataflow, and SQL preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience using Business Intelligence tools (such as Tableau) to develop sustainable reports, dashboards, and calculators using various data sources preferred.
- Ability to work with cross-functional leaders and/or senior management to develop and implement change management strategies associated with people, process, and technology solutions.
- Data analysis and interpretation skills, including financial statements and statistical reports.
- Ability to convey stories using data.
- Demonstrated experience of working with a complex eco-system of workflows, data flows, technologies, tools, teams, and individuals.
- Strong project management, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Polished public speaking skills with an ability to present to all types of audiences.
- Must be able to perform daily functions with little supervision, working in a remote environment. Understands when to escalate issues where appropriate.
- Thorough working knowledge of MS Office applications - PowerPoint, Excel (intermediate-advanced), Word, Outlook.
- Skilled at using Business Intelligence tools (such as Tableau) to develop sustainable reports, dashboards, and calculators using various data sources.

We are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $74,380 - $92,975 per year, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible to participate in our annual corporate Success Sharing bonus program, which is based on the company's annual performance. If you are hired at Vituity, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience.
