As a Project Manager for the Operations Support Services, you will lead various projects through the installation of equipment at new and existing facilities by collaborating with Integrators, Contractors and Internal partners to manage project schedules, review/implement accurate bid proposals, and effectively lead project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage projects involving the installation of warehouse automation systems to include commencing new equipment, technology, retrofits, and software initiatives.
Full involvement in the review of system designs ensuring compliance with WebstaurantStore’s requirements to include overseeing selection, quoting, and procurement of necessary equipment.
Lead coordination meetings involving internal and external partners through the entirety of the project, managing timelines, budgets, and communications.
Be the Point of Contact for all site communications to include, project milestone inspections, coordination between partners/stakeholders, and issue troubleshooting/resolution.
Create detailed documentation for future turn-key integrations across the distribution network while providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Become a subject matter expert in all aspects of fulfillment center operations to support performance improvement through standardizing processes and implementing new technologies.
Conduct field visits to operations to critically assess progression of current projects, current operational workflows and develop new processes to help operations meet KPIs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience/Requirements:
Overnight travel required, not exceeding 50%
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a relative field involving construction, automation and/or industrial maintenance is required.
Previous project management experience preferred including methodologies such as Agile, Six Sigma, and Scrum is a plus.
Abilities to read, understand blueprints, and manipulate in AutoCAD and/or similar programs are preferred.
Education and/or experience in supply chain management is a plus.
Demonstrated ability or experience managing and being directly responsible for employment decisions for exempt employees.
Working knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 and Power BI is preferred.

Exhibit a natural mechanical aptitude with a broad knowledge of software platforms, automation, conveyance, packaging assets and various material handling equipment
Remote Work Qualifications
Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day tasks.
Access to a home router and modem.
A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free. The space should have strong wireless connection or a wired Ethernet connection (wired connection is preferred, if possible).
A valid, physical address (apartment, suite, etc.). PO Boxes are not supported, as a physical address is required for you to receive your computer equipment.
The desire and ability to work and communicate with other team members via chat, webcam, etc.
