Cloud Operations Administrator

Paradigm is a software company transforming the way that the residential, construction & building product industries operate across the globe. We are looking for a Cloud Operations Administrator to be part of revolutionizing these industries.

Our Cloud Operations team is looking for highly motivated and driven Cloud Operations Administrator to work closely with all other teams to support our hosted customer infrastructure and to assist incident management in the production environments. Key responsibilities for this role include facilitating application upgrades, deploying SaaS applications to customer environments, and managing ongoing tasks.

What You Will Do:

• You will provide Tier 1 Support to internal and External customers.
• You will use configuration and infrastructure management scripting tools to manage and maintain customer production environments.
• You will execute, administer, and troubleshoot SaaS application deployments.
• You will analyze and support infrastructure in both Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud environments.
• You will monitor system performance and provide performance recommendations.
• You will develop and maintain documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
• You will collaborate with product owners, developers, and support staff to ensure continuous and reliable delivery of service.
• You will be responsible for working after hours and weekend times will be required to support business and technical operations.
  
  
  

What You Need to Succeed:

• You have an Associate’s Degree in a related field (Networking, Software Development, Database Administration) or equivalent experience.
• You have experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or other cloud platform administration.
• You have a strong understanding, creation, analysis and use of scripting languages such as Bash, Python, and PowerShell.
• Ability to understand and troubleshoot Containerization technologies such as Docker.
• You are proficient with Windows Server and Linux Administration.
• You are familiar with stack of IIS, SQL, Nginx; Git, Bitbucket, and related tools; CI\CD pipeline tools such as Jenkins.
• You have a strong understanding of AWS and Azure technologies and how to leverage and support them within a complex infrastructure.

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. Most roles at Paradigm have three levels, Associate, Mid and Senior. Our pay ranges are inclusive of all three levels (if applicable), our US based Associate level pay begins at $55,000/annually for this role. The salary does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary and benefits. These compensation levels are subject to an annual review.
