Operations Analyst!
About The Role
You will be responsible for Operations functions involving new and in-force products. Maintains a high degree of initiative and an in-depth knowledge of products, operations and the Symetra organization. Works independently on day-to-day activities, documentation of new and existing processes, and possesses the ability to lead a project and/or remediation to successful completion.
What You'll Do In This Role
- Create, analyze and maintain procedures and processes, identify and implement ideas for improved efficiency.
- Lead and facilitate operations-based projects that will focus on system changes, process improvements, remediations, product enhancements and launches, legal and compliance updates, and other core operational functions.
- System support and testing, responsible for User Acceptance Testing for new and existing system enhancements for your functional area and product line.
- Provide technical training support and daily production support as needed for both internal and external teams.
- Operational duties include but are not limited to analysis of contracts and/or agreements, reporting and metrics, analytics, and auditing in support of measuring group operations productivity and effectiveness and in support of internal business partners, including but not limited to Finance, Sales, Compliance, Law, Business Analysts, and other internal business partners.

Compensation
Hourly Salary Range: $ 26.30- $ 43.87 plus eligibility for annual bonus program

- High School diploma or equivalent experience required
