Job Summary

The Loyalty and Engagement Program Manager is a strategic role focused on designing, implementing, and managing loyalty programs to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement, ultimately increasing customer lifetime value and brand loyalty. You will play a critical role in shaping, amplifying, and advocating for our brand’s reputation and patient-focused programs. Your leadership will drive the transformation of our rewards and loyalty initiatives while fostering meaningful connections with our patients and elevating their experiences. By leveraging innovative strategies and cross-functional collaboration, you’ll help position us as a leader in patient care and loyalty.

In this role, you will oversee loyalty programs and lead the charge in strengthening our online reputation, empowering patients to become brand ambassadors, and crafting programs that create long-lasting connections.

Compensation

Enjoy a competitive compensation of $120,000 - $135,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Engagement & Loyalty Programs
    • Design and execute robust strategies to elevate our rewards and loyalty program, aligning with patient needs and preferences.
    • Analyze patient feedback and loyalty program data to continuously improve engagement and satisfaction.
    • Enhance our existing loyalty initiatives, focusing on personalized patient experiences and long-term retention.
  • Brand Advocacy & Online Reputation Management
    • Build and oversee a dynamic brand ambassador program, empowering loyal patients to share their positive experiences.
    • Develop and execute social media strategies to address online reputation challenges and foster a positive brand image across all platforms.
    • Leverage positive patient stories to create impactful, engaging content that boosts brand awareness.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive program execution and messaging.
    • Serve as the key liaison between departments to integrate patient loyalty initiatives into broader business strategies.
    • Provide regular insights and performance updates to senior leadership, using data to inform decisions.
  • Content Strategy & Community Engagement
    • Develop creative and compelling content that reflects the voice of our patients and showcases their stories.
    • Actively engage with online communities, responding to patient feedback and driving positive interactions.
    • Stay ahead of digital trends to adapt strategies for maximum engagement and reach.
  • Data-Driven Insights
    • Track, measure, and analyze program success through KPIs, ensuring programs deliver measurable results.
    • Use data insights to identify opportunities for innovation and drive continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in customer loyalty management, brand ambassador programs, and public relations.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving initiatives to successful completion.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in healthcare or patient engagement is highly desirable.
