Freight Payment Auditor

Location: One PPG Place, Pittsburgh, PA - 15272 (Remote)

Type: 6 months contract on W2

Shift Time: 8 am - 4 pm 

SUMMARY

This position has core responsibility to support freight payment invoice and dispute auditing as processed through Client's Transportation Management Systems (TMS). The individual must learn the functionality of the TMS in the area of freight payment so that proper actions can be taken in the system to resolve invoicing disputes and rating discrepancies identified by transportation carriers or displayed as rejected by the TMS system.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 1-3 years' experience, 4 years higher education preferred

• A detailed understanding of Client's transportation contracts and tariff rate structures must be followed to accurately and effectively complete freight payment invoice audits.

• The position may also support various projects related to data gathering, metrics/reporting and other department efforts related to freight payment.

• The ability to work accurately while under pressure to meet deadlines is critical.
