We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our team and play a key role in shaping innovative, customized solutions within our Salesforce Platform. The ideal candidate will not only have deep expertise in Salesforce development tools and integrations but also a passion for providing workable solutions to our sales team, ensuring alignment with the business seamlessly. From designing and developing scalable applications to optimizing workflows and automating key sales functions, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on efficiency and growth. Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and Apex classes.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
Implement and maintain Salesforce integrations with third-party applications using APIs, middleware, and other tools.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring the optimal performance of Salesforce applications.
Maintain data integrity by implementing best practices for data management, deduplication, and validation.
Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and features, implementing new functionalities to enhance system capabilities.
Provide ongoing support and training to Salesforce users as needed.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with expertise in Salesforce configuration and customization.
Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other technologies.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and data models.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I or II) are highly preferred.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is a plus.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or other front-end development skills.
Understanding of data migration tools like Data Loader and ETL processes.
