You have experience with using Hubspot and internal tools such as Slack
Your communication style is clear and concise and you’re able to express good empathy and tone across both verbal and nonverbal communication
You have a knack for de-escalating for de-escalating hot interactions and escalations never losing your cool and leaving customers in a better place
