Job description

Location and Workplace: Work From Home, Anywhere in the Philippines

Schedule: Night Shift (12AM-9AM)

Salary: PHP 30k-40k


The primary function of a Personal Lines Assistant is to assist Account Managers and Producers in clerical functions related to account servicing. This includes working with insurance carriers to process endorsements, retrieve policy coverage information, and manage various servicing requests.

Key Duties:

  • Processing Evidences & Certificates of Insurance
  • Claim Reporting and/or Follow up
  • NOC Processing – Non-Renewals/Non-Pay
  • Endorsement Processing
  • Invoicing – as assigned
  • Billing Questions
  • Obtain MVR/CLUE Reports
  • Attaching Correspondence in EPIC (Agency Management System)
  • Back-up for Personal Lines Assistant/CSR
  • Manual Renewal Processing
  • LPR Processing
  • Pulling Policies & Auto ID Cards
  • Email/Phone Correspondence with Clients – as directed
  • Un-routed Attachments
  • Prepare Spreadsheets, Letters & Mailings – as directed
  • Scanning Duties – including photocopying and faxing as directed
  • Input New Prospects/Clients Information – as directed
  • Processing PL Carrier docs – as applicable
  • Special Projects and other duties – as assigned


Skills and Experience


Essential Skills:

  • High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Experience in an office & team environment preferred, with emphasis on insurance industry experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective spoken and written communication
  • Ability to collaborate in a team-based environment while taking direction from supervisors
  • Positive attitude and sense of humor
  • Professional demeanor and behavior required
