Job description

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The Lead, Program Manager, Talent Brand Channels will contribute to the refinement, execution, and scaling of our talent branding strategy to attract, engage, and inspire top talent for Nike. They will be on the Talent Brand & Experiences team in the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (TA COE), partnering with teams and stakeholders across HR, the business, and teams supporting content development, marketing, communications, and social media.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This individual will be responsible for sharing impactful storytelling that showcases our deep culture, our Maxims, and opportunities while driving engagement across our digital platforms and communication channels. The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven individual with experience in media, deployment and channel optimization, and branding, comfortable with working and collaborating in a fast-paced environment with a multitude of cross-functional partners.

  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training
  • At least 5-7+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, communications or branding experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple markets, preferably within a retail, athletic, or consumer-focused brand.
  • Deep knowledge and proven experience with recruitment focused content and campaigns for digital channels (social media, career sites, internal platforms) and optimizing performance using data-driven insights.
  • Comfortability with managing multiple competing priorities, and an ability to problem solve using data-driven insights.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to motivate and influence, with the ability to engage with all levels of a global organization.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to create impactful, authentic messaging.
  • Exceptional storytelling and content creation skills, with expertise in crafting authentic and engaging messaging.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

  • Channel Strategy, Deployment, & Optimization- Strategize, formulate, and manage our channel strategy for our content, optimizing current channels and leveraging new channels. Touch points include but are not limited to career websites, social media, talent brand channels, employer review sites, newsletters, internal communications, and events.
  • Metrics & Reporting- Collaborate with agencies, internal reporting teams, and HR Systems to develop a cohesive reporting scorecard of talent brand channel performance. Define relevant benchmarks and contribute to the reporting and recommendations on how to continue to iterate on results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, DEI, Brand, Marketing, and Communications teams to align distribution efforts and internal ways of working with the company’s overall brand strategy, and ensure content is being effectively shared with internal and external talent segments.
  • Talent Brand Advocacy & Optimization- Empower employees to be brand ambassadors through creative campaigns and advocacy, and integrate stakeholder feedback, candidate and employee stories and data and market sentiments to continuously improve messaging and channels.
