HR Operations Analyst

As an HR Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Human Resource Information System (HRIS), specifically Workday, and providing exceptional support to HR users across the organization. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance HR operations. This position requires a strong customer service orientation and the ability to operate effectively in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tier 1 support for HRIS inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Assist HR users with Workday functionalities, guiding them through processes and troubleshooting problems.
• Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Analyze and resolve HRIS-related issues, documenting processes and solutions for future reference.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HRIS operations and user support.
• Conduct training sessions and create user guides to enhance HR users' understanding of Workday and HRIS functionalities.
• Stay updated on HRIS enhancements and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service, with a strong focus on problem-solving and solution-oriented approaches.
• Previous experience in tier 1 support, preferably within an HR or technology environment.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly Workday, is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders in a global organization.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
