Boulevard’s Strategy & Business Operations group is responsible for improving decision making and business performance across our teams. Our work is inherently cross-functional and deeply analytical. We take on a balanced mix of one-time strategic projects and ongoing performance optimization efforts across every aspect of Boulevard’s SaaS and FinTech business. Our Managers partner closely with senior functional leaders on their highest priority projects to understand the context, build models, and present recommendations to facilitate high quality, data-driven decisions.

What You'll Do Here:

Support our business with a focus on R&D, becoming a trusted thought partner and problem solver for our R&D leaders
Develop insights by deeply understanding the drivers of our business, instrumenting and building models that synthesize diverse quantitative and qualitative data to help align decision making
Present compelling recommendations to guide strategy that are clear, concise, and fact-driven, and support the initial implementation of recommendations such as new product development, product improvements, R&D organizational effectiveness and overall strategy and roadmap
Support transformative corporate strategy and development decisions including new business models, strategic partnerships, and large investments
Improve our understanding of our market through research and analysis, deriving insights where possible to help guide the company’s strategy
Serve as a go-to source of key data and analytical horsepower throughout the company to continually improve the efficiency and profitability of our business

What You'll Need To Thrive:

Experience: 5+ years in strategy consulting, investment banking, PE / VC or a similar role in high-growth Tech
Business Knowledge: Experience working with and helping support a R&D organization at a rapidly scaling start-up with an understanding of “what great looks like”
Education: Bachelor’s degree in analytical field (Business, Finance, Economics,etc.)
Data & Modeling Skills: Experience working with diverse datasets (quantitative and qualitative; financial, operational, and competitive) to build ad-hoc models (Google Sheets and Excel) that deliver actionable insights
Communication Skills: Experience creating polished executive level comms (Powerpoint, Google Docs, Google Slides) to influence decision making and drive consensus
Problem Solving & Research Skills: Experience framing problems and conducting research utilizing internal and external data sources
Project Management Skills: Exceptional organization, planning, prioritization, and time management capabilities
Team Skills: Experience working cross-functionally with several departments
Bonus Points:

Passion for Boulevard’s mission, product, and served market
Top tier MBA
Experience with Sigma Computing or other data visualization tools

How We’ll Take Care Of You:

Your total budgeted cash compensation for this role is between $107,000 - $154,000 USD, depending on your current skills, experience, training, and overall market demands. This salary range is subject to change, and there is always room for growth and advancement.
