About the role:

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Unbounce, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our team by driving the full-cycle recruitment process. You’ll manage hiring across all levels and departments—whether technical, Go To Market, or operations—ensuring we attract and hire top talent that aligns with our company’s vision and goals. Beyond filling roles, you’ll act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, optimizing recruitment processes, providing data-driven insights, and enhancing the candidate experience. Your ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates alike will be key in driving successful hiring outcomes. What you'll be doing:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle, encompassing job posting, sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and closing positions
  • Full Stack Recruitment: Manage hiring across all role levels and business areas, from entry-level to executive, spanning technical, GTM, and operational functions.
  • Strategic Thinking & Alignment: Support and align Talent Acquisition efforts with the company's vision, mission, and goals.
  • Process Optimization: Play an active role in optimizing recruitment processes, ensuring they align with overall business objectives.
  • Reporting and Insights: Provide regular updates and data-driven insights to track progress, identify opportunities and address challenges effectively.
  • Relationship Building: Act as a trusted advisor to candidates, hiring teams, and internal stakeholders, leveraging strong relationships to facilitate successful hires.

 

A little about you:

  • Demonstrated success in executing end-to-end recruitment processes with a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape and industry best practices.
  • Experienced in hiring technical roles, you have a solid understanding of technical terminology relating to SaaS companies. Terms like JavaScript, Ruby, Java, Clojure, Linux, AWS, and MySQL are part of your vocabulary
  • Experienced in partnering with managers at all levels across various business units with strong communication skills, and a desire to be a strategic partner
  • Demonstrate the ability to navigate complex challenges and find a solution that works for all stakeholders.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, confidentiality, and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse teams and candidates.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively across teams and departments, showing initiative and a proactive approach.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse a plus!)
  • You have a growth mindset and a no job is too small mentality
